This project's original code was developed for Elliott Ichimura, largely with
AI assistance (Claude), to his requirements and design. It is licensed under
the Apache License 2.0; see LICENSE.

Components from World Resources Institute (WRI)
The analysis core (files marked WRI-DERIVED in PROVENANCE.md) is adapted from
post2020.py and hash_zarr.py in WRI's GNW Self-Hosted Monitoring scripts,
https://github.com/wri/gnw-self-hosted-monitoring, which WRI publishes under the
Apache License 2.0 (hash_zarr.py is used by app/core/zarr_fingerprint.py). It is
used under that license and has been modified for this project.
The colour palette (web/src/styles/tokens.css, also marked WRI-DERIVED) is
derived from WRI's Global Nature Watch Horizon product.

This project contains no WRI datasets. At run time it reads datasets that WRI
hosts for Global Nature Watch, as listed in WRI's published manifest. Each
dataset keeps its own license; see DATA-ATTRIBUTION.md.

This is an independent project. It is not a WRI product, and WRI does not
endorse, support, maintain or warrant it. "World Resources Institute",
"Global Forest Watch", "GFW Pro" and "Global Nature Watch" are names of WRI,
used here only to credit sources. No trademark rights are granted.
